What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment with us, we require at least 72 hours' notice prior to your confirmed booking.
What areas do you cover?
We fully cover Clermont, Groveland, and Minneola. If you're located outside of our coverage area, a fee of $1.00 per mile will apply.
What should I do if rain is in the forecast?
We monitor the weather daily, and if inclement weather is in the forecast, we will contact you to offer the option to reschedule.
Do you provide water and electricity?
Currently, we are not equipped with water and electricity. We will need access to a water supply and an outlet. If you don’t have these resources available, you will have the option to drop your vehicle off at our location.
